Listening to the ‏@nerdist tonight and was laughing so hard I screwed up inking when they went off on a tangent talking about Emperor Palpatine throwing a bbq. “Sensual Moments” for those of you interested.

So yeah…not a fan of using white out. This took a few tries to get it correct. Feeling a bit rusty inking after a month. Hope to be done by Monday. Can’t (but I hafta) wait to show yous guys. It’ll get announced in October I think.

Didn’t expect the last post to sound so negative towards the end. I think I had some feelings built up from a conversation I had last week with a prospective client. That was just my dryer than dry sense of humor making fun of myself. Thanks for all the kind words.

Oh and thanks to all the folks that blogged about, reblogged and ordered my new book. Really appreciate the support. Almost sold out. I know I said the book would be signed, but signatures are boring so I sketched in each one as well. I’ll post pics later.

I drew @jonahray and @matt mira reffed from the @Nerdist show on bbca. I don’t hate it.

I feel as if I recently said I was going to stop drawing fan/gift art and then there’s this… It was sketched on sunday when i couldn’t draw so I’m pretty happy overall. I don’t think I’m going to color it, it didn’t seem to “want” color.

so, go listen to the nerdist podcast, www.nerdist.com they host a few other great casts, my other favorite is sex nerd sandra, there’s just a lot more nerdist to listen to so I’ve been going through that recently.
